Is it safe to buy online? Is your online store on a
secure server?
Yes. BloodFire Studios uses CCNow as its e-commerce provider. CCNow
shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the customer's browser,
using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as
credit card numbers.
While selecting products and adding them to the Shopping Cart, the
customer is in Non-Secure Mode. After he/she presses the Checkout
button, we switch to Secure Mode in order to collect the billing and shipping
information. This ensures that customer privacy and credit information is
carefully guarded.
All modern Web browsers support the SSL standard.

Why can't I find BloodFire Studios merchandise at my local comic shop?
Hopefully because they sold out. But more realistically, they didn't order from us directly. Currently
BloodFire Studios has adopted a policy of not shipping books through established distributors until
the entire mini-series is completed. Have your local retailer visit the
Retailers section of our site to buy direct.
What is a "Limited Preview" and how does it differ from a regular book?
A "Limited Preview" is limited to 1000 copies and printed on high gloss pages and card stock covers.
Currently BloodFire uses these to help generate revenue for the printing and advertising costs associated
with mainstream distribution.
How come it takes so long for BloodFire books to come out?
Limited Preview books are sporadically released as they are completed. This will only continue until
BloodFire has all the books in the series completed and ready for release through normal distribution.
Currently BloodFire Studios is planning to end this practice at the conclusion of the
Dark Tarot mini-series.
I have a really cool idea for a comic. Does BloodFire Studios except submissions?
